Preparation Before Cycling

Cycling for most people probably would be identified as something that would be exhausting and draining of sweat, while some would connect it as a mean of transportation to and from work.
Nowadays many people go to work by bicycle, with reasons to avoid congestion and save the fuel cost, and can nourish the body. To start using bicycle as a mean of transportation, you should first learn the safest route. Finding the shortest route are one way to shorten the time and mileage. Notice the parking available for bikes in the workplace.
Prepare for major equipments such as helmet, gloves, mask and goggles. For those of you who left work late at night, you can equip a bicycle with front and rear lights. Check the condition of the bike before leaving. Note the air pressure in tires, check chains, and bolts. Try to bring the standard equipment like a small pump, bike lock, the lock bolt and first aid equipment, which can help you in emergency situation.
Wear comfortable clothes which can absorb perspiration. Should also bring a change of clothes or a towel to bathe in the office. Do not forget to equip yourself with a raincoat.
Using a bike does not mean you are free from the highway regulations. Stay obey signs – traffic signs and regulations, so that you safely arrived at your destination.
Using a bicycle instead of motor vehicles can be a fun activity. No need to think about how far to go. Better to think of the benefits gained by using a bicycle.
