If the problem was so severe and heightened emotions, there’s nothing wrong grumbled. The habit of complaining can bring positive things for themselves.
Robin Kowalski, PhD, a psychologist from Clemson University, suggested several appropriate measures in order to awake emotions and free yourself from the problems that plague the mind.
The following are tips to make a good grumbled for your health :
1. Set the right strategy
Tell your problem to people who are really interested in listening. Make sure you talk to right people.
2. Say clearly and firmly
It’s okay to convey your frustration to others, but make sure the contents of the message is clear, not just get angry for no reason. However, if we intend to change the situation, try to do something rather than just complaining.
3. Use positive sentences
Use the facts and tell the good. Instead of saying, “My mother always hard to compromise”, it is better to replace it with the words, “My mother is less flexible”. The use of positive words to make your complaint more good for yourself and others.
4. Choose the right time
Grievance at the wrong time will make us regarded as a nuisance. You may grumble, but look for the right time to express grievances.
