Processed Meat Increase The Risk of Pancreatic Cancer

Be wary of processed meat foods. Consuming 50 grams of processed meat every day, will increase the risk of pancreatic cancer by 19%.
Processed meat increases risk of pancreatic cancer exist in foods such as corned beef, sausages and burger meat.
The more processed meat intake, the risk of pancreatic cancer also experienced higher. Eat as much as 150 grams of processed meat a day increases the risk of pancreatic cancer by 57%.
Cancer suffered by the founder of Apple Inc., Steve Jobs, is that cancer is often diagnosed at an advanced stage. And one year after diagnosis, pancreatic cancer kills 80% of sufferers. Only 5% of patients with pancreatic cancer are still alive 5 years after diagnosis.
Studies of scientists from the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, showed the risk of this disease is more common in men than women. Although there may be reasons that cause this difference, the scientists stressed the fact that men generally eat more processed meat.
