Crepes Recipe 1 (wet):

ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 cups of liquid milk
4 eggs
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tbsp butter / butter, melted
salt to taste

How to Make:
- Mix eggs, sugar, melted butter and milk until evenly distributed.
- Enter the flour. Stir until blended.
- Take 1 tablespoon of vegetable mixture, blend in non-stick frying pan / Crepes Maker / teflon / omelet pan.
-Wait until the bottom of the brown (but do not get too brown / dry), add a sprinkling of ingredients according to taste. Fold according to taste, remove from heat and serve.

Crepes Recipe 2 (dry, flaky):

ingredients:
150 gr flour
50 gr tapioca flour / starch
200 g of rice flour
500 ml of liquid milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons butter / margarine, melted
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla powder

How to Make:
- Mix all the dry ingredients, mix well and set aside
- Mix all liquid ingredients and stir well.
- Mix the two ingredients, stirring until blended and smooth.
- If there are lumps, strain the batter while holding, press the dough lumpy.
- Take 1 tablespoon of vegetable mixture, pour in the mold. ampai cook cooked, remove from heat and serve.

Note:

For the filling you can combine with sweet, savory or fresh. For example, fruit jam, chocolate, cream cheese, shredded cheese, red beans, almonds, peanuts, sliced ??fresh fruit, tuna flakes, sardine, ice cream and other suit your taste
