How To Prevent Cancer

Who is not afraid of cancer. Looks like this is very terrible disease and a scourge for everyone. Cancer is not a disease or a curse fate despite numerous studies showing that cancer is genetically inherited. Half of cancer deaths could be prevented by simply following a healthy lifestyle, according to the American Cancer Society.
1. Stop Smoking
Stop smoking or taking any kind of tobacco products. Smoking may cause various types of cancers such as lung cancer, esophagus, mouth, throat, stomach and pancreas. If you’re currently trying to quit, never give up before getting a big benefit later.
2. Early Detection
Perform routine early detection of cancer. Early detection can detect colon cancer / colon, breast cancer, prostate cancer, cervical cancer / cervical and skin cancer early so it is more easily cured. 5. Physically Active (Exercise)

6. Keep the Weight as Healthy as Possible
Excess weight causes the person at risk for uterine cancer, gallbladder cancer, esophagus cancer, kidney cancer, thyroid cancer and colon cancer. If today you feel fat, you lose weight quickly.
7. Avoid Hormone Replacement Therapy
Avoid taking hormone replacement therapy to treat symptoms of menopause. Several studies have shown an increased risk of cervical cancer in the use of this therapy. If you desperately need it, limit the use of up to 5 years.
8. Drinking Drugs

9. Avoid Exposure to Cancer Substance

10. Food consumption of Cancer Prevention
Eat foods that can lower the risk of cancer, especially of foods derived from plants grown (organic). High-fiber diet may lower risk of colon cancer.
