Martabak Manis / Kue Terang Bulan (Sweet Thick Crepes)

Ingredients:
• 250 grams of wheat flour
• 375 ml of warm coconut milk
• 150 grams of granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon instant yeast
• ¼ teaspoon baking soda
Topping according to taste:
• peanuts roasted, peeled, chopped
• roasted sesame
• sugar
• brown / meses
• sweetened condensed milk
• fruit jam
How to make
• enter the yeast into the warm coconut milk, stir until dissolved and frothy, set aside.
• mix the flour and sugar, make a hole in the middle, put the egg in it. Keep stirring, pour the coconut milk, until the sugar dissolves, put baking soda and stir again until well blended. Allow + / – 15 minute in warm place.
• Heat the pan, and basting with margarine. Pour the batter into it to go up, before the surface dries, put topping ingredients, fold 2, lift, cut according to taste.
